Returns and Exchange
We offer 14 days, unconditional, 100% money back guarantee or exchange. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items for return/exchange must be in original and unused condition and in the original packaging in which you received them. You will be required to include a copy of proof of purchase.
We recommend sending it with Australia Post registered mail or a reliable courier service with signature on delivery. If you do not have proof of delivery Pro Cricket will not be liable for your loss. Postage costs for return/exchanges will be the responsibility of the sender unless it is due to a case of manufacturing fault; we will bear the return shipping cost.

You will be notified via an email when the returned parcel has been received. Upon inspection and review, processing time for returns/exchanges will be up to 10 business days; however, we will aim to get it processed as soon as possible.
Additional return postage charge will be applied for all items exchanged, as well as any price difference between the original and exchange item(s) chosen. We will notify you via an email once the exchanged product is dispatched and provide you with tracking number if applicable.
