We ship our goods everyday so your order will be dispatched the following business day we receive your payment. We ship quality cricket gear across Australia/Overseas, and we are in process to spread our wings and ship more countries in near future. We focus on highest level of customer service and responsiveness. Currently we ship to the USA and within Australia.

How will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order to you via Australia Post/courier or DHL or another private courier.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day after the payment is received.

How much do I pay shipping?

At the moment most products offer FREE shipping within Australia. We ship to USA and the shipping cost is fixed at $49.

Will I pay any additional duties/taxes?

All orders shipped within Australia will have GST included hence not required to pay any additional cost. All international buyers will be responsible for any duties imposed for the item upon reaching the destination country. For overseas deliveries Pro Cricket will not be responsible for any additional cost added by local customs/county.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email address listed on your order.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you can track your order via the relevant shipping agency website. A link and tracking number will be included in the email you receive when your order is shipped.

What is the usual delivery time frame after dispatch?

Generally all Australian metro area deliveries take 2 - 10 business days to reach you but it may take longer depending on your delivery location. International deliveries vary but usual time is 7-10 business days.

Do I need to be at home to receive my order?

All shipment will require a signature on delivery, so shipping to a business address, or home address or PO Box where someone is in attendance sign when pick up for PO Box.

Within Australia, if Australia Post attempt delivery and nobody is home, they will leave a card and ask you to collect your parcel at the nearest Australia Post Office.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

In the event that you have not received your order within 10 business days from the date you placed the order, please email us with your order number and full name, then we will investigate your delivery immediately.
